Startup based in Singapore is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants (VTAs) to join our team. VTAs play a crucial role in assessing property listings, communicating proactively with listing agents, making decisive judgments on qualifying properties based on client search criteria. There are 2 shifts from 9 am to 6 pm Singapore Timezone: (a) from Sunday to Thursday (b) from Tuesday to Saturday.
Compensation: US$600 for 21 days, 8h / day, pro rated
Key Responsibilities:
– Property Assessment: Review and evaluate new property listings to determine their suitability based on established search criteria.
– Communication: Maintain proactive and clear communication with agents to gather necessary information and follow up on inquiries.
– Decision Making: Make informed decisions on qualifying or unqualifying properties, ensuring alignment with client needs and criteria.
– Record Keeping: Update and manage property records and related information accurately.
– Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall property transaction process.
