Tech Consultant Needed for Implementing Best Security Practices in Remote Startup

We are a fast-growing remote startup with a team of 10+ members. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced tech consultant to help us implement security practices to protect our business and ensure smooth remote operations.

Responsibilities:
– Assess current security measures and identify areas for improvement.
– Develop and implement a security strategy tailored to our remote work environment (VPN, 2FA, secure storage solutions, …)
– Establish policies to ensure no startup-related information is stored locally on team members’ devices.
– Provide training and guidelines to team members on best security practices.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a tech consultant, preferably with remote startups.
– Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
– Experience with VPN setup and management.
– Familiarity with 2FA implementation and management.
– Experience with security tools and platforms (e.g., LastPass, AWS).
– Knowledge of cloud storage solutions and data management.
– Excellent communication and training skills.
– Ability to work independently and provide actionable recommendations.
