Software Developer Needed for Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Development

We are looking to develop a state-of-the-art Learning Experience Platform (LXP) that utilises artificial intelligence to simulate role-playing scenarios for sales and customer service. Our mission is to empower managers to provide real-time feedback and recommend personalised learning materials based on performance.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Software Developer, either an individual freelancer or an agency, on a contractual basis through Upwork to take the lead on the development of this project. You will be instrumental in developing our AI-driven LXP from scratch, creating immersive role-playing experiences, and integrating feedback mechanisms to recommend targeted learning materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Take the lead on the design, development, and maintenance of the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) with a focus on AI-driven role-playing scenarios for sales and customer service.
• Implement features that allow managers to provide feedback and track employee performance within the platform.
• Develop algorithms to recommend personalised learning materials based on feedback and performance data.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and delivers a seamless user experience.
• Continuously improve the platform by integrating user feedback and staying updated with the latest AI and software development trends.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, preferably with experience in developing learning platforms or AI-driven applications.
• Demonstrated ability to take the lead on developing complex software projects from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask).
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
