ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients’ business requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and customizing ServiceNow applications, and managing the overall ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Toal Experience is – 10+Years

Min. Experience – 6+Years on Service now Admin.
Analyzer and understand the current UI in Service Now
Analyze and understand the current Database
Analyze the schema and consult with building the new system
Analyze data migration, export etc from SNOW
Create Detailed design for the new system

Technical Skills
•  Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
•  Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP).
•  Experience with database design and management, especially within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
•  Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
•  Soft Skills
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•  Leadership and project management capabilities.
Certifications
•  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
•  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
•  ITIL Foundation Certification – Preferred
