We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent, providing live chat and email support for our appointment booking SaaS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide Live Chat & Email Support: Efficiently handle customer inquiries and support requests via live chat and email through Intercom, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Most of our users are in Europe and in European timezones, though some are in US timezones too.
– Troubleshoot Software Issues: Assist users with any technical problems they encounter with our appointment booking software, offering clear and concise solutions.
– Use of Support Tools: Utilize our software support tool, Intercom, to manage and track customer interactions and issues.
– Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report any recurring issues or suggestions to the development team for continuous improvement of the software.
– Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software’s features, updates, and common troubleshooting procedures.
– Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly service at all times.
