IT Technician Team

I am looking for 5 staff to add to a team of IT Technicians, I need you to be able to remotely login and assist with any issues we have on our computers and be able to have the same set ups and log ins and access dependant on level.. I will also need some members of this team to help create a CRM system which will also be a permanent role to transition to.
