Need to hire Freelancers with technical support experience.
***LOOKING FOR ROCK STARS*** – I need coordinators that are self-motivated that can work independently and with the team. A natural leader that is always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. I do not want to have to chase people down to get work done.
IW Technologies is looking to add motivated problem solvers to our growing team. You will be supporting several retail, grocery and restaurant clients in the United States, so work hours will align accordingly.
* Must be available to work weekends and overnights (Philippines time).
* This is a work-from-home position for individuals in the Manila Capital Region.
* You must provide your own PC/laptop, headset and highspeed internet service.
Required Qualifications:
* Salesforce experience is a REQUIRED!
* Demonstrated understanding of IT Troubleshooting and installation with focus on Desktop/Server Hardware, POS Sytems, REQUIRED! Low Voltage Cabling is a plus
* At least one year of Call Center Support of Desktop/Server Hardware, and POS Sytems. Low Voltage Cabling is a plus!
* Demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure, standards, and systems architecture
* Experience in Salesforce account entry, service contracts, and reporting
* Assisting management in day-to-day tasks related to Salesforce and other integrated systems
Other Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated as required:
* Experience coordinating onsite field services at end user/customer locations.
* 2-4 years post high school technical training. College degree or Project Management certification preferred
* Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to various audiences (customers, peers, superiors) without compromising company objectives.
* This position will interface directly with customers, technicians and end users; must be able to communicate effectively in English using all standard business methods of communicating
* Excellent written communication skills required to provide accurate notation and scheduling
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other web-based programs
* Ability to work independently or within a team as needed
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required
* Must be detail oriented and possess an excellent work ethic and ability to take initiative
* Must possess effective problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Take incoming calls providing onsite support to technicians
* Coordinate shipments of equipment and technician service appointments for onsite installation or break-fix services
* Manage project details within budgetary constraints and operating in the most cost-efficient manner possible
* Act as a key contact for the customer and Project Managers for each assigned project
* Communicate status updates and issue reports to all stakeholders
* Publish work orders for contract technicians with clearly written job details and corresponding documentation
* Review deliverables like photos, sign-off sheets, etc. to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met before technicians are released from site.
* Ensure that reported Technician issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, escalating to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
* Ensures that technicians complete all job requirements and quality standards are met.
* Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
