Experienced Store Manager & Operations Manager for Fashion Shopify Store

We are a growing fashion Shopify store seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager & Operations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, and a proven track record of managing store operations efficiently.

Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of our online store, import products, manage daily operations, and optimize our processes using Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

– Product Management:
– Import new products to our Shopify store, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and categorization.

– Maintain and update product listings, ensuring all information is current and correct.

– Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.

– Operations Management:

– Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
– Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers.
– Handle customer service issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

– Process Improvement:

– Utilize Google Sheets to streamline and improve existing operational processes.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Store Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within the e-commerce industry, preferably in fashion.
– Proficiency in Shopify platform and its various features.
– Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and the ability to create and improve complex spreadsheets.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong communication skills
