DevOps Support for multiple projects

Responsibilities:

– Manage and support our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
– Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
– Monitor and troubleshoot issues across multiple projects, providing timely resolution and ensuring minimal downtime.
– Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
– Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of the infrastructure and deployment processes.
– Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure the infrastructure is up-to-date.
– Create and maintain detailed documentation of the infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
– Provide on-call support as needed for critical issues.
