Customer Service Representative (Spanish and Italian Speaking)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and manage customer queries and complaints. You will provide accurate and efficient solutions across various communication channels, addressing any problems our customers might encounter at every step of the process.
REQUIREMENTS.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written Spanish
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written Italian
The successful applicant.
• Proven customer support experience or a strong motivation to enter the field.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Patient and empathetic, with the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Key responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Manage a large volume of incoming tickets.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs, responding promptly to their inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and collect documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
COMMITMENT
We require a commitment of 44 hours per week, spread over 5.5 days. Work is organized in rotating shifts, including weekends. Shifts run from 16:00 to 00:30 (Italian time), with a 30-minute break.
OJT OPPORTUNITY
Your colleagues will support you daily, providing instruction that will allow you to gain hands-on experience and develop the knowledge and skills required to perform the tasks associated with your role.
