As a Technical Recruiter at KTek Resourcing, I leverage my background in mechanical engineering and my passion for technology to find and hire the best talent in the industry. I work with the US delivery team to co-develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, using various channels, tools, and technologies to source suitable candidates for current and future requirements.

I also negotiate pay rates and contractual terms with candidates, follow up with them regularly to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process, and build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s hiring needs. I have contributed to several successful placements, resulting in increased client satisfaction and retention. I enjoy collaborating with other recruiters and hiring managers, as well as learning from the tech nerds I hang out with. I am a tech and political geek myself, and I love to read and travel. I also volunteer regularly and care deeply about social good.
