I provide leadership, recruitment, and Onboarding related support to one of Ascedion’s Digital Engineering teams under Product and Research Vertical, which majorly works on helping our customers in their Digital Transformation journey.

• Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.
• Proficiency in resourcing U.S. candidates for information technology from junior to senior position.
• Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals – Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume. Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp) with GC’s, U.S. Citizens, H1B, EAD, TN permit holders.
• Handling day to day office matters, conducting telephonic interview in U.S.
• Submitting consultant directly to client. Scheduling Interview, status reporting.
• Managing sub-contractors. Involved in preparing offer letters, appointment letters for selected candidates.
• Uploading, Monitoring and maintaining Job Postings in Job Portals DICE, Monster.
