As an HR Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services, I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent for the global leader in IT services and consulting. I have been working with TCS for one month, and I am eager to learn from the experienced and diverse team of HR professionals.

Before joining TCS, I was an HR Executive at SWIFT-TECH LLC, where I handled the recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and data management of employees for Caterpillar, a Fortune 100 company. I also assisted the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates for various IT and non-IT roles. I have a strong background in IT recruitment, having worked as a Recruiter at Infyjob Technology Services for over a year, sourcing and interviewing candidates from different levels and domains.

I hold an MBA in Finance from STET School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rabiammal Ahamed Maideen College for Women. I have developed skills in offer management, employee relations, interviewing, and head hunting. I am enthusiastic about growing within TCS and gaining new skills on this HR journey.
