I thoroughly enjoy what I do and have excelled at it due to my competitive nature and understanding of human motivators. I get a thrill out of being “on the hunt” and searching for that perfect candidate (if you’re reading this, I’m talking to you :)).

I bring enthusiasm to every conversation I have. My goal? To match the skills of the prospects I speak with, to Alchemy’s hiring needs. With their specific career interests in mind, and my thorough understanding of the internal hiring landscape, I’m able to align my candidates to life-changing opportunities they are sure to find compelling. One thing that brings me pride is being able to provide a seamless experience for all candidates alike, as I move them swiftly through the hiring process with a little TLC.

On a personal level, I’m driven by the unyielding desire to live a life worth living. I consider myself adventurous and am also hard-pressed to turn down any challenge put in front of me. I enjoy reading up on a number of topics including: health, leadership, finance, real estate, sales, psychology, and technology to name a few. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and hope to own my own business one day.

Lastly, I’m a self-proclaimed outdoorsman, who is always on the lookout for new hobbies. Of late, I’ve been working on learning Italiano, and getting the hang of Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma.
