I manage and track candidate progress through the recruitment process using an applicant tracking system, and coordinate with client interviewers to schedule and confirm interviews. I also conduct follow-up activities with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience. Thanks to my organization skills, administration skills, and interviewing skills, I have a proven record of reducing recruitment costs, improving retention rates, increasing diversity hiring, and meeting or exceeding corporate staffing objectives. I graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lucknow University in November 2020, with a focus on human resource and industrial relations.
